The Scanpan CTX range of non-stick cookware features a five layer construction of stainless steel and pure aluminium, with a brushed stainless steel finish on the exterior, and a superior non-stick finish on the interior, for easy food release and cleanup. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction and in the oven up to 260C, this 26cm non-stick covered saute pan features a cast stainless steel handle and is designed and made in Denmark. The pan comes with a tempered glass and satin polished stainless steel lid which allows you to monitor the progress of your cooking. Use it on the stovetop for sauteing, frying, searing and braising or in the oven for baking or cooking casseroles.
