Get your Click and Collect order home delivered for just $10. Kitchen Warehouse has partnered with Get It Fast, a third party delivery service, to enable same and next day delivery* from selected Western Australian stores.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your Click & Collect order

When your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email with a Get It Fast Booking link.

Book your delivery with Get It Fast.

Using your booking link, submit your details to Get It Fast to create a booking.

Delivered to your door.

Order by 11am Monday to Friday and you’ll have your Click and Collect order delivered by 8pm that same day. Orders submitted to Get It Fast after 11am or on the weekend will arrive the next business day.

Delivery is available to customers within a 10km radius of selected Western Australian Stores stores (Cannington, Joondalup, Midland & Osborne Park), for parcels up to 15kg This service is offered independently by Get It Fast, and any booking enquiries should be submitted to Get It Fast

HOW IT WORKS

Get It Fast deliveries are capped at 15kgs or 105cm (1.05 metres). If you’re unsure about the weight, size or eligibility of your order, please email the friendly team at [email protected] for assistance.

As Get It Fast is an independent service to Kitchen Warehouse, please contact Get It Fast’s customer service for all order tracking questions.

Get It Fast can’t guarantee an exact time of delivery, but all orders are due for delivery before 8pm.

Get It Fast don’t do sign-offs as part of contactless delivery so in most circumstances you won’t need to be present at the time of delivery.

Upon arrival, the Get It Fast driver will read the delivery instructions. If there are no special instructions, the driver will leave the order in a safe place. You’ll be notified via text and email once your order is delivered.

In the event that the Get It Fast driver is unable to deliver your items safely at the chosen address they will contact you by phone. If they don’t receive a response within 5 minutes they have to move on with other orders and will return your order to the pickup store in 1 to 2 business days.
