Delivery timeframes
We aim to despatch your order within one to two business days.
Choose Express Post for $14.95 and we guarantee same‑day despatch on business days (Monday to Friday) if you order before 12pm (AEST).
Please note that items may be shipped from multiple locations resulting in more than one delivery from Kitchen Warehouse, however we make every effort to prevent this.
Once you receive your shipping notification:
- Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within two to seven business days.
- Express Post: Order by 12pm AEST Monday to Friday for same‑day despatch on Express Post orders, delivered faster than standard timeframes.
- Remote or regional locations, or orders shipped from multiple locations, may take longer.
While we strive to ensure on‑time delivery, factors such as high seasonal demand, regional shipping distances, or multiple‑shipment orders may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
Please note: Orders are not processed or despatched on public holidays in Victoria. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
Standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery over $100, or $9.90 shipping fee on orders under $100.
Most orders are shipped via Australia Post. Some items are sent directly from our partner warehouses using a range of courier companies. Your shipping partner will be shown in your tracking once the order has shipped. Products sent from partner warehouses are clearly marked on the product page as ‘this item is shipped directly from our partner’.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been despatched. We can deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses. For business addresses, please include the business name and a contact name. Most deliveries require a signature; however, some items may not. If no one is available to sign, you will receive an electronic notification via email or text so you can pick up your parcel from the specified location. Depending on your location, some courier‑shipped partner warehouse items may take up to 15 working days for delivery. Tracking updates may be limited until your parcel reaches the local depot or sorting facility.
Express Post
We use the Australia Post Express Post Service for all Express Post orders. Not all items are eligible for Express Post.
Items eligible for express delivery are clearly marked on the product page. If your order contains both express‑eligible and ineligible items, we will ship the eligible items via Express Post and send the ineligible items separately using standard delivery.
Please note that Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. View eligible postcodes.
Outside of this network, Express Post items are delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links.
Sale periods
During peak times - such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day - processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Commercial and trade orders
Our standard shipping policy applies to retail customers only. Large, trade, or commercial orders may attract additional shipping fees. For a tailored quote, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team.
Click and Collect
Enjoy free Click and Collect within one hour (during store opening hours) from your chosen Kitchen Warehouse store. Find out more about Click and Collect.
Free shipping promotions
Terms and conditions: Free shipping promotions apply to orders over the stated value and are available for a limited time only. Offer ends at 11:59pm AWST on the final date of the promotion. Free shipping is available only for Australian delivery addresses and excludes international deliveries.
