No, you can purchase as a guest however there are many benefits to registering an account including a quicker online ordering process with your delivery addresses stored for future use. You can also review past purchases and view the delivery status of your purchased items.

We accept debit cards, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards and Afterpay.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.

You can use our Order Tracking Page to track the status of your order, using either your order number and email address used to place your order, or the tracking number we provide you in your order despatch email.

We ship with multiple carriers, using both Australia Post and select courier partners for our deliveries. Typically, orders are sign on delivery although some items may not require a signature. Please contact our customer service team on 1800 332 934 if further information is required.

A flat rate of $9.90 shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia under $100 or FREE shipping on domestic orders over $100. For deliveries to addresses outside of Australia, please see our international ordering page

Yes. The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item purchased online at Kitchen Warehouse is to return the item with your proof of purchase to your nearest Kitchen Warehouse store. You can view our Returns Policy for more information
