How do I order online?
  1. Browse the website and add any items you wish to purchase by specifying the quantity and clicking Add to Cart
  2. Proceed to Checkout should be Secure Checkout
  3. Log in to your existing account or create a new account
  4. Select the delivery method for your order
  5. Enter the shipping address
  6. Enter the payment type. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Afterpay. Click Continue
  7. Enter your credit/debit card details
  8. Review the order details and click Submit Order if you are paying by credit card
How do I know if an item I ordered is on back order?

Most of our products are in stock. Generally we do not accept back orders for products that are out of stock.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed only if they have not been prepared for despatch. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, hence we cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or change orders can be accommodated. Please contact Customer Service or call 1800 332 934 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.

How can I check the status of my order online?

You can follow the fulfilment status of your order from the My Account section of our website. After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

This email will provide you with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier’s website. You can also use our Track Order page to track the progress of your delivery.

Can I place an order from a country other than Australia?

You can place an order from outside of Australia; however orders can only be shipped to an Australian, New Zealand and Singapore postal addresses. Find out more about International shipping.

Payment information

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept debit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards and Afterpay.

When is my credit card charged?

When you place an order using a credit card, the total dollar amount is authorised by your credit card company at the time of your purchase. Once this amount is authorised, your credit card will be debited the total amount of the order within one hour.

If you place an order and change your mind before your order has been shipped, please contact our customer service centre and we can change or reverse the transaction. If your credit card is declined when placing an order then your order will not be created in our system. If at any point you are unsure if an order has gone through, or not, please contact Customer Service or call us on 1800 332 934 and we will assist you.

Is my credit card and account information secure?

Kitchen Warehouse is a safe and secure site. We have advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain secure.

Kitchen Warehouse offers promotional codes from time to time. Our checkout will only allow one (1) promo code to be redeemed in any one transaction.

Click and Collect from your nearest Kitchen Warehouse store is available from an extensive selection of products online. During store opening hours, click and collect orders are generally available for collection within 1 hour.
