This digital infrared thermometer measures the surface temperature of an Ooni oven without contact, using precise laser technology to target each cooking zone. This super smart device is easy to operate, with a backlit LCD screen, colour temperature ring to indicate ideal baking temperatures and a scan function to record the minimum, maximum and average temperature of an entire cooking area. This thermometer is built with Ooni ovens front of mind, with a maximum temperature gauge of 550°C, a removable hang loop for an Ooni table and specialised presets for Ooni baking stones.
