The white blades of the Red Kyocera Ceramic Santoku Knife w/ Peeler will never rust and they will retain their sharpness for at least 10 times longer than steel blades. With half the weight of metal based knives and styled with ergonomic handles, the deep-bladed 14cm Santoku knife and the vegetable peeler are essential items in any well equipped kitchen. Stain proof and impervious to acids and oils, these beautifully balanced pieces have been ground with razor sharp precision. With the Advanced Ceramic blade there are no metal ions to cause your food to brown or to leave a metallic taste and they are easy to clean with a light hand wash or a quick rinse and a wipe with a kitchen towel.

watch out!The knife is unbelievable and makes kitchen work a breeze but you must be super careful you do not cut yourself. We are very wary of the peeler - it is small, sharp and again you need to concentrate. Jennifer de Vent • • 12/9/2019
