Returns policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.

We have a 30 day standard return policy on all of our products. Plus, we are proud to offer a 90 day money back guarantee on our bestselling brands. These policies apply to all purchases made from Kitchen Warehouse, whether in-store or online.

Please note that returns can be made by post or in person at any Kitchen Warehouse store, whether your purchase was originally made online or in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all change of mind returns.

90 day money back guarantee

We promise you a full refund within 90 days on products from the following bestselling brands if they do not meet your expectations: Wolstead, Kitchen Pro, Salisbury & Co, Victoria, Another, Everten and Yaxell.

If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 90 days with proof of purchase. We will happily offer you a full refund of the product price, as shown on your proof of purchase (or a store credit if you prefer).

Our 30 day standard return policy

If you’ve changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the 30 day money back period, Kitchen Warehouse will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    • It is unused

For change of mind returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and Kitchen Warehouse does not cover the cost for customers to return the product. The customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to Kitchen Warehouse. In conjunction with our delivery partner, we are able to offer customers a fixed rate charge of $15 to return your change of mind parcel. If you would like to take advantage of the flat rate, please contact us.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Kitchen Warehouse may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item provided that:

  • The item is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unused and as sold); and
  • We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Kitchen Warehouse

Proof of purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)
  • Original return/exchange receipt

Warranty claims

Faulty or damaged goods

If you think there is a fault or defect with an item that you received, or your item has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. All products are covered under their relevant Australian warranty. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as required.

If your items are faulty, defective or damaged, Kitchen Warehouse may, in its absolute discretion, cover the cost of your original shipping charges and the cost for you to return the item.
