How to fold the perfect dumpling

Place your dumpling wrappers flat on a kitchen surface.

Using a spoon, add an even amount of filling to the centre of each of the dumpling wrappers.

Lightly wet the edge of the dumpling wrappers with water. This will help seal them together.

Fold the dumpling in half, pinching the centre together to ensure no air pockets form.

On one side, fold the dumpling edges towards the centre pinch three times to form three small pleats which will seal the dumpling.

Repeat the process on the other side.
