Made from thick cast aluminium with a diamond reinforced coating, the pan distributes heat evenly for even cooking and browning and is ideal for stir frying, sauteing, steaming and deep frying. The new Diamond XD non-stick coating contains 20 percent more diamonds providing superior food release and an improved seal between the cooking surface and the base, for a more corrosion resistant finish. Ergonomic stay-cool handle makes it easy to move around from the stove to the oven to the table and the tempered glass lid with adjustable steam vents enable you to easily monitor the progress of your recipe. The rivet free design with rounded sloping surface provides maximum protection from bacteria build-up.
