The Air Still Pro Complete Distillery Kit includes all the equipment and ingredients required to set up an at home distillation system. The Air Still Pro utilises an inbuilt reflux condenser and botanical basket to enable small batch distilling of beverages and hydrosols, with no additional water required to operate. Inbuilt features include a self cooling system, automatic foreshots collection, automatic shut off in reflux mode and automatic shut down when dry boiling. With the distillation kit, prepare and ferment your wash, collect distillate, dilute, filter and flavour distilled beverages with a selection of Top Shelf Flavourings.
