These hot pots come with glass lids which seal in moisture while allowing you to view the cooking process. Each hot pot is made from stainless steel which conducts heat evenly to create lasting warmth, with the base of each pot constructed with three layers of steel. Sear, saute, simmer, braise and fry foods all at the centre of the table, while the alcohol fueled stove heats from underneath.
