Scanpan STS Stainless Steel Chef's Pan 32cm

The Scanpan STS Stainless Steel Chef's Pan is made from 18/10 premium grade stainless steel which is impact bonded to a steel-clad base, with an aluminium core for optimum heat distribution. The pan features two helper handles and a glass tempered lid so you can view ingredients as they cook. Use it on the stovetop to fry, saute, sear or braise, or in the oven as a casserole dish for slow cooking. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction, the flat base provides maximum magnetic connection to the stovetop, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. Safe to use in the oven up to 250 degreesC without the lid and 220 degreesC with it.
