Marinate and increase the flavour of your food with the Pro-line Marinate Bowl 2.5L. This bowl is constructed from BPA-free, non-toxic plastic which is perfect for marinating and it can also be used as a vacuum storage canister. Use the Marinate Bowl together with the Pro-line VS-C1-1 Commercial Vacuum Sealer for enhanced flavour, moisture and for tenderising meat. Simply connect the hose from the Marinate Bowl to the sealer, select 'marinate' on the sealer and the pressure in the bowl will contract the contents five times in five minutes for perfect marination. Vacuum sealing encourages the absorption of marinades into foods such as meat, poultry and seafood. The Marinate Bowl includes handy month and date sliders on the lid which allow you to easily identify when the contents were marinated.
