It's made from aluminium with a black, non-stick internal coating which guarantees optimum heat distribution for an even bake. The material is PTFE, PFOA and BPA-free, while the pan's construction includes folded edges and an incorporated steel wire to resist warping and enhance the strength of the pan. The quick release design means you can easily remove the cake to cool and pop the pan straight in the dishwasher.
