HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD
Purchasing a gift card is a straightforward. To purchase, please follow these steps:
- Choose the desired amount.
- Enter your name, the recipient's name and email address, as well as a gift message which will be sent to the recipient.
- Click on the Add To Cart button and proceed to checkout. After completing checkout, an email will be sent to the recipient. Please ensure that the recipient's email address is correct. A gift card code will be sent which can then be used to purchase goods on the Kitchen Warehouse site. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER
Redeeming a gift card is a straightforward process. To redeem, please follow these steps:
- Upon checkout, click on "Pay with Gift Card" under "Payment Method."
- Enter the gift card number given in the email from us.
- Click on "Apply," and the amount on the gift card will be applied to your purchase.
