Thinner than I expected
At the outset, I acknowledge that this product is sold as a 'roll and cut' mat, not a pastry mat, but I didn't expect it to be quite as thin as it is. It's really about the weight of heavy paper. I wouldn't be confident doing much cutting on it. That said, it is a good size.
