The unique construction of Scanpan Coppernox features a base which is impact bonded with a wedge of copper, then enveloped by two layers of aluminium, and surrounded by a layer of stainless steel, all of which assists with heat retention and the elimination of hot spots, giving you greater control over your cooking. This nine piece cookware set includes two saucepans, a Dutch oven, a stockpot, a pasta insert, a steamer basket, a roaster, a frying pan and a multi steamer. Tempered glass lids with steel rims enable you to monitor cooking as you go, and stainless steel handles with soft touch, silicone inserts stay cool to touch, protecting your hands from heat. Each piece is safe to use on all stovetops including induction (with the exception of the roaster which is not suitable for induction) and in the oven up to 220C.
