Great product. I have just used it to make my first batch of sauerkraut, which is delicious.
The crock is smaller than most others I saw online, which is good for the casual sauerkraut maker.
Tip: fill it to well above the handles (or alternatively well below them), or the cabbage can escape into the handles and around the weights.
