So disappointed.We had the plastic version of this & it was fantastic....This stainless steel one is absolute rubbish....the roll gets stuck, the foil tears & the blades are nowhere near as sharp & clean as the old unit. Miffy • Mornington Vic. • 30/7/2017
This machine will drive you and your family bonkersLike most other reviewers I have a plastic one we have had for over 10 years and does exactly what it says it will - every time but we purchased the slick looking stainless steel one for our place out of town and oh boy it's the most frustrating contraption ever.... worst part is the glad wrap and foil rolls roll to the back of the unit and take the lead edge with them which means you have to take the cover off to retrieve the lead edge every time you use the confounded thing (picked up my frustration yet)?
