At this moment, we are glad to announce that our stores, website and online services remain fully operational. But we want you to be assured we are taking this situation very seriously and we continue to follow the directives issued by government authorities.
In light of this difficult situation, we have taken extra special measures to keep us connected and make lives easier for each and everyone. Here are the things that we want you to know:
As we expect more changes to come in the coming weeks, we are now offering everyone an extended 120-day money back period for all return items.
For all online orders, we guarantee to ship your order as soon as possible and our third-party delivery service provider, Australia Post, remains fully operational across Australia. Follow their important updates here.
We understand that everyone is practicing limited social contact at this moment. If you choose to use our free Click & Collect service, we are happy to make picking up your orders even easier. Upon your arrival at your chosen store, please phone us and will have your parcel delivered to your vehicle. Contact store.
Store Opening Hours
All our stores remain open at this moment. However, please note that we will be restricting some of our opening hours and advise you to check our updated trading hours here. Rest assured, we are doing our best to keep a safer space for you, our staff, and the community as well.
To meet safety directives issued by the relevant authorities, all scheduled in-store workshops have been postponed until further notice.
Instead, we will live stream workshops and cooking demonstrations via Facebook Live and keep you posted.
We’re also planning a range of food videos and other interactive ideas for Instagram and we encourage you to get involved in the KW Community by sharing your own tips and recipes.

Here’s how we can help each other
- Strictly maintain social distance. If there’s a need to go out, wear a mask and always bring a handy pocket sanitizer with you.
- We recommend everyone use contactless payment (i.e. use of credit/debit card instead of cash).
- If you are not feeling well, please stay at home and rest.
- As much as possible, choose to shop online and we guarantee to deliver your parcel on time.
