Global minoSharp Plus 3 Replacement Wheel SetI've been using Global knives for many years and they truly are one of the best tools in my kitchen. After periodically sharpening them with the minoSharp Water Whetstones it is a simple matter to maintain their razor-sharp edge using the minoSharp Plus 3 Ceramic Water Sharpener. The ergonomics of this device are superb and the ease of operation is a delight. Simply fill the reservoir with cold water and you are ready to give your Global knives the care they deserve. The unit will sharpen other knives too, and I would recommend the minoSharp product to anyone. Thanks also to Kitchen Warehouse for providing great products at great prices and amazing customer service!
