Made from Cromova 18 stainless steel to retain sharpness longer and to resist rust and stains, it features an acute 15 degree angled cutting edge for superior edge retention and performance, and a perfectly balanced handle, precisely calibrated to offset the weight of the blade.  Use the Global MinoSharp Ceramic Water Sharpener to restore the sharpness of your kitchen knives using the white coarse whetstone first then the medium pink sharpener. With just a few push-and-pull strokes, your knife is sharpened and ready to go.
