The best gift idea for dessert makers who need something quick and on the go would have to be Le Creuset Glace stoneware mini bowls which come in a set of four pastel colours. These are great for making crème brulees, soufflés, and pot pies, and as ice cream cups, too! Pastry chefs do love a good ol’ splash of colour in their kitchen.

Growing up in a family of cooks and restaurateurs, we appreciate the divine elegance of homewares and having a nicely set up dinner table for all of us to enjoy. My dad loves collecting glass jars for his assortment of snacks, which also make for a great display on the kitchen bench. Mum has her eye on cake stands and she wouldn’t mind a range of different heights, shapes or colours.

The best gift for a foodie would have to be a stand mixer or a good set of electric kitchen scales. They will save you so much time in the kitchen and are well worth the investment. The accuracy of the scales alone will change your baking life, allowing you to set to tare each time you want to add a new ingredient.

My must-haves for the perfect Christmas table are natives and silver dollar eucalyptus, both of which will save you time and money whilst styling your table for the festive season. Aside from those, I adore beautiful tableware, glassware, and some candles of course! I also like to pick a colour theme that complements the season, such as light greens, greys, and whites.

My favourite holiday cocktail is grapefruit gin fizz with rosemary garnish! It’s a refreshingly bubbly drink that’s fabulous for summer and looks incredibly pretty on any table. To make it, fill a gin glass with ice. Add 30ml gin and a slice of fresh grapefruit. Top up with 120ml Capi pink grapefruit then garnish with a sprig of rosemary. You’ll love it!
