Made in Japan from Cromova 18 stainless steel to retain sharpness and resist rust and stains, the Global Takashi Knife Block Set is a versatile set which includes a bamboo knife block and a bread knife, cook's knife, a paring knife, a vegetable knife and a pair of kitchen shears. Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58, each knife is carefully weighted for optimum performance and balance.

• Set includes a bamboo storage block, a pair of 21cm kitchen shears and four knives in the following sizes: 20cm bread knife, 20cm cook's knife, 14cm vegetable knife and 9cm paring knife
• Blades are made from Cromova 18 stainless steel to retain sharpness longer and to resist rust and stains
• Knives are ice tempered, sharpened at a 15 angle, and hardened to Rockwell C56 to C58 for optimum sharpness and corrosion resistance
• Knife handles are seamlessly fused to the blades to keep the knives free from dirt or bacterial buildup
