VALENTINES CUPCAKES with Roxanne                                        

Wednesday 1st February                                            6.00pm – 9.00pm                    $90.00

Bake your way to your Valentine’s heart this    February with delicious cupcakes. This class will channel your inner romantic chef and show you how to create Red Velvet Cupcakes with     Chocolate Ganache for your special someone this Valentine’s Day. This is a hands on class where you will be icing and decorating cupcakes with embossed fondant, icing hearts and roses.

 

TAPAS & PAELLA with Sunny De Ocampo                                                                               Wednesday 22nd February                                             6.00pm – 9.00pm                    $90.00

A festive culinary journey to Sunny Spain. Let Sunny show you how to create simple and tasty morsels of flavours to share. Feast and cook along and prepare the national dish of Viva Espana "Paella". Tapas tortilla de patata con esparagots (Potato and Asparagus Omelet), Gambas al ajillo (Garlic Prawns), and Sunny's Signature Paella de Ocampo.

 

 

PRESENT CAKE with Roxanne

Learn how to make a gift that is both beautifully wrapped and delicious. In this class you will be covering a chocolate mudcake with fondant and creating  fondant ribbons and a bow. You will also be able to make stars on wire using flower moulding paste and a tag made of icing which you can write a message on using edible pens.

 

BALINESE FLAVOURS with Sunny De Ocampo

Join in to a spice adventure to the island of gods! Smell and taste the island secrets as Sunny       demonstrate how to balance Bumbu (spices) in harmony with Fish, Poultry and Vegetables.      Traditional Sate's Lilit Ikan (Lemongrass Fish Sate), Be Celeng Base Manis (Pork in Sweet Soy Sauce) and Balinese Banana leaf cooking.

 

JAM MAKING with Kate Nelson

Join Kate as she shows you how to make delicious jams and preserves to keep or give as lovely gifts. In this class you will learn step-by-step how to make your own jams as well as many tips and tricks Kate has to really make your Jams a hit. This class also includes FREE jam making kit for you to take home consisting of 6x Mad Millie 350ml preserving jars and lids valued at $19.95.

 

EASTER CUPCAKES & COOKIES with Roxanne

Learn how to produce Easter gifts and treats for both young and old. In the class you will learn how to make Chocolate Pudding Cakes with White Chocolate Ganache or Fondant which will be decorated with small icing nest and eggs and icing rabbits. You will also learn how to make sugar cookies in the shape of rabbits and eggs which will be decorated with rolled and cut fondant and shapes.

 

WOOD FIRED PIZZA with Vincenzo Velletri

Our most popular class now has been running for 6 years. Enjoy a delicious array of pizza creations by Chef Vincenzo. Learn all you need to know from    setting up the oven to making your own Pizzas. An excellent class for wood fired pizza enthusiasts. A hands on class.

 

HOW TO MAKE ICING FLOWERS with Roxanne

Have you ever wondered how those beautiful and delicate sugar flowers are made? This class will show you step-by-step how to make your very own icing flowers, including techniques used to colour icing. You will learn to roll and cut shapes to assemble a rose, gerbera, tulip and leaves. If you have always wanted to make icing flowers but have not known where to start, this is the perfect class for you.

 

PASTA, RISSOTTO & GNOCCHI with Sophie Budd

Jamie Oliver’s ‘Fifteen Restaurant in Cornwall’ is responsible for Sophie’s love of learning to make fresh pasta. She has perfected an easy and practical way which is a breeze for anyone. Also in this class you will learn a quick gnocchi.

 

SIMPLE HANDBAG with Roxanne

If you love handbags and cake decorating and want to combine these loves to make a cake that is absolutely   delicious, then this is the class for you. In this class you will learn how to carve a handbag shape cake and cover it with ganache and then fondant. You will also learn how to make the handle, tassels and clips and decoration techniques to make the handbag look like leather.
