The seven piece Global Kabuto Knife Block includes a black and stainless steel knife storage block and six knives: an 8cm paring knife, an 11cm utility knife, a 13cm cook’s knife, a 14cm vegetable knife, a 20cm cook’s knife, and a 22cm bread knife. With an array of razor sharp blades food preparation is easier than ever. Blades are made from Cromova 18 stainless steel and are ice tempered sharpened at a 15° angle and hardened to Rockwell C56 to C58 for optimum sharpness and corrosion resistance.
